The product team has been working to deliver features that aim to maximize efficiency and minimize tedious processes. Well, they are excited about this one! See below for a new update being rolled out within Meeting Request Form: Decision Tree.

Decision Tree for Meeting Request Forms

Decision Tree will allow Administrators to set up rules to guide requesters to the correct meeting request form (MRF). Once the Decision Tree starting form is made available to requesters, they will be automatically directed to the correct destination MRF based on how they answer the starting form's questions. This enhancement will simplify the user experience by eliminating the need for requesters to choose which MRF is appropriate for their needs and will prevent re-work for administrators and planners when forms are incorrectly selected by requesters.
