The product team has been working to deliver features that aim to maximize efficiency and minimize tedious processes. Well, they are excited about this one! See below for a new update within the Budget Management tool.

New Spend Per Person Tracking Report

We have enhanced our cross-event reporting to enable cost-tracking per person across events. In this new cross-event report, planners have the ability to report spending amounts per person for:

  • Events using Legacy Budget or New Budget.

  • All registrants in "Accepted" and "Cancelled" statuses.

  • All registrants, regardless of their event participation.

  • Participants marked in sessions associated to budget items.

Previously, planners had limited options and were only able to report spend for participants who were in the accepted status and had to use a separate functionality in their event budget items. Planners can now report on spend per person without using allocations or marking registrants as participants.

Additionally, this new report allows planners to track spend on canceled registrants. This also allows planners to track spend for no-shows or registrants who canceled after money was spent on them (such as a flight purchase for someone who ended up canceling their registration).
