New Report Templates for Access Portal

We have created two new Access Portal (AP) report templates, which are available within the Admin Reporting section: AP Login Audit and AP Email History. These reports give portal managers a way to see data related to logins and emails sent from their Access Portals. Account users with the "Account Reports" permission enabled via their user role will be able to access these reports.

Access Portal Login Audit Report

The Access Portal Login Audit report will provide a list of AP login attempts by users within a selected date range. This report also has the ability to display users who have never logged into an AP, which can be useful for removing these users or reminding them of the benefits of AP.

Access Portal Email History Report

The Access Portal Email History report will return a list of AP emails that have been sent to users. The report will display details for each email that was sent. These details include: sent status, whether the email is a standard or custom email, and how the email was sent (manually, automatically, or on a schedule).
