Top News: New Budget REST API Endpoints for Payments

We have introduced GET, PUT, POST, and DELETE endpoints, which allow developers to create/update/delete payments or list out all payments in the event. Additionally, developers can now attach invoices to those payments for budget items. Listed below are the available new endpoints:

• Create Budget Payment

• Update Budget Payment

• Delete Budget Payment

• List Budget Payments

• Assign Invoice to Payment

Top News: Automatically copy Account Default NSOs on Simple RFPs

We are excited to announce the extension of National Sales Organization (NSO) support to Simple RFPs sent from Access Portals. Now public default contacts will automatically be copied on Simple RFPs that are sent through an Access Portal (previously just Account Admins). It is beneficial to both the organization and NSO to have a solid understanding of any upcoming meetings being sourced, regardless of size or complexity. Sending RFPs to the NSO contact can help the planner get better response rates, can help enforce MSAs or pre-approved terms, and can provide easier reporting for both parties.

Auto-copy NSOs is only applicable to the RFP process in Access Portal. It does not yet apply to instant bookings sent to hotels.
