In this launch window, there are no new updates or releases around Spend & Workflow. However, there is one big enhancement that was released today, that we want to make sure you don't miss out on.

Access Portal SSO Logins Can Now Update User Custom Fields

When an Access Portal (AP) user logs in to an Access Portal via Single Sign-On (SSO), their user custom fields can now update in Cvent to match values from their Identity Provider. This allows clients to use their external provider as the source of truth for AP user profile information. This also automatically keeps the AP user's profile up-to-date each time a user logs in. AP users can see this in their User Profile within the Access Portal and Portal Managers can see this on the AP User's profile page within Cvent. Clients will need to work with their account team to do a one-time mapping of custom fields for their AP SSO in order for this to work.
