Enhancements to the Dynamic Field Integration in MRF

We've improved the reliability and stability of the Dynamic Field Integration (DFI) within the Meeting Request Form (MRF). By introducing file size limits and mechanisms, outages are prevented for clients having difficulty importing files. There is now a size limit of 400 MB for data files used with DFI. Before, there was no size limit, which caused the integration to continuously retry to import large files without success.

In addition, Cvent will automatically disable the DFI integration after three repeated failed attempts to import the file.

This feature was planned to become available August 2nd and we mentioned it would be delayed. The new release date is September 13. As a reminder, this feature gives planners more flexibility and convenience while navigating multi-page submitted meeting requests.
