Meeting Request Form (MRF)

Instant Booking within MRF

What's Changed:
Planners can now view instant bookings made within a meeting request alongside linked events, RFPs, and RFIs. These instant bookings are tracked under a new "Associated Bookings" table located in the "Links" tab of the meeting request.

Benefit:
This update simplifies complex meetings management workflows by enabling planners to access all their instant bookings, events, and requests in one centralized location, enhancing efficiency and ease of use.

REST API Support for Active and Inactive MRFs

What's Changed:
The Meetings Management REST API now supports retrieving data for active and inactive Meeting Request Forms. The response schemas for List MR Forms and GET MRF Endpoints have been updated to include an active field indicating the form's status.

Benefit:
This enhancement allows for more comprehensive data access and flexibility, enabling integrations to retrieve all relevant meeting request data regardless of the form's status, thus improving the efficiency of data management and reporting.

Country Codes Support

What's Changed:
The Meetings Management REST API now supports the use of country codes (ISO 3166 Standard) in addition to country names for POST and PUT endpoints.

Benefit:
This update enhances developers' flexibility and accuracy when writing data to country-type fields, streamlining custom integrations.
