Save Time with Improved Credit Management for Professional Development/Continuing Education Events
In March, we made it easier for planners to set up and manage attendee credits for continuing education or professional development purposes. The new “Credits” setting will appear in the Event Features section and will automatically apply to any newly created event. The enhancements include:
Streamline Setup – Configure credit award logic in one centralized place, eliminating the need to set up session credits one by one.
Expand Credit Eligibility – Award credits not just for optional sessions but also for included sessions.
Increase Flexibility – Define multiple eligibility conditions for awarding credits, giving you greater control over your training programs.
Existing events will continue to use the legacy credit management workflow, with no changes to how data is displayed. Plus, cross-event reports will seamlessly integrate data from both the old and new credit systems, giving you deeper insights and a comprehensive view of your event performance.
In the event copy workflow, credits are automatically copied over, ensuring consistency. By default, new rules are created in the new event, carrying over the selected conditions from the original event.
These enhancements ensure a smoother, more robust process for managing continuing education and professional development credits, saving you time while meeting your events' unique training needs.
