Make Cvent Products Better by Joining our Beta Programs

Have you ever wanted to tell the Cvent Product Development team exactly how to tweak a product interface or feature to improve it? Well, we have several ongoing beta programs that allow you to do just that!

We’re always looking for volunteers to test new products and features before they’re widely available. These customers get special early access to enhancements through our Beta Programs and provide feedback before the feature is released to ensure we’re bringing the best product to market.

NEW: To make it easy to see what products we’re testing, we’ve launched a new Beta Program Opportunities page in Product News (also find at cvent.com/betaprograms). Here, we’ll describe each Beta Program and how to sign up.

How to Sign Up
Visit cvent.com/betaprograms to explore upcoming beta features, check participation qualifications, view program dates, and sign up. Each program requires a time commitment of approximately 15 to 60 minutes (depending on the complexity of the feature in beta) to complete testing and feedback, which you can complete at your convenience during the beta phase. Beta programs are ideal for those who enjoy testing new features early and want to play a role in shaping the future of Cvent products.
