In this special post, we're highlighting a new Event Ad service offering for event organizers. This great brand-awareness feature will boost your sponsorship packages and provide more value to your Attendee Hub Sponsors and Exhibitors.
A New Service for Advertising
While you may already be familiar with ads displayed on custom cards and page banners, this new service provides additional opportunities to increase sponsor visibility with advertisements on the homepage, sessions, and exhibitors' pages.
Dynamic Service and Scheduling Control
Up to 100 ads automatically rotate according to a precise algorithm and are displayed automatically based on audience type, time, and view frequency.
Each ad can be targeted to a select group based on registration types and audience segments or set to all attendees.
Additionally, Event Ads can be scheduled on the home screen using the existing card scheduler, ensuring complete control over the Attendee Hub home screen.
Create Ads Easily
This feature includes an ad designer to easily create ads with titles, descriptions, images, and links and an ad library to view and organize all your event ads. Your ads can be displayed in Attendee Hub (Web and Event App).
Event Ad Engagement Reporting
The ad designer helps you easily create ads, and the resulting impressions and clicks are monitored in the Event Ad Engagement Overview report found under Exhibitor Reports. This report helps planners demonstrate the value of the event to sponsors by providing brand awareness analytics and will encourage them to come back year after year.
