We listened to your feedback and worked to provide more flexibility when supporting OnArrival for in-person events so that you can manage any event and every event, from a small roadshow to a marquee conference with self-service attendee check-in and badging.
In June at Cvent CONNECT, we announced a more robust portfolio of Event-in-a-Box hardware and service packages for OnArrival Premium customers. We will also continue offering premium onboarding, onsite, and remote support options if you don't want to DIY.
In addition to adding a new “Extra Large” Event-in-a-box kit at the top of our portfolio to support events of around 750 attendees, the Regular and Large kits have been upgraded to include more reliable equipment for your onsite experience. These kits are available for use with OnArrival Premium to either rent or purchase.
Our Event-in-a-Box solutions include iPads, Printers, Routers, badge stock, step-by-step instructions, and 24/7 software support. Details for the improved size lineup of Event-in-a-Box size packages are available HERE:
Lite - for ~ 150 attendees
Regular - for ~ 250 attendees
Large - for ~ 500 attendees
XL - for ~ 750 attendees
We hope these improvements will allow better support of your events—of any size and complexity—with reduced staff and budget needs.
