In this highlight, we're highlighting a new invitation feature available in Cvent webinar.


Invitation Functionality Upgrade for Webinar 

Organizers can now promote their webinars more effectively by easily importing invitee lists and sending invite emails directly through our platform, which can help boost event attendance.  

This feature enables organizers to streamline their communication efforts, ensuring that potential attendees are well-informed about the webinar and can easily register. By importing invitee lists, organizers can target their outreach, maximize registration rates, and more effectively engage their audience. 

Key Features: 

  • Import Invitees - Organizers can import invitees via Excel. 

  • Import Tracking - Organizers will receive import status updates and error notifications to effectively track import success. 

  • Manage Attendee Lists - Organizers can also remove invitees when needed, allowing for simple list management functionality. 

  • New Invitation Email -  Organizers can send invitation emails that include engaging content to encourage webinar/event registration. Emails can be scheduled or sent manually. Additionally, organizers can choose to send invitations only to newly added invitees if needed. 

  • Invitation Status Tracker -  The attendee list page will show an invitation status tracker, enabling organizers to monitor the response status easily.  

What the feature looks like: 

 

Applicable Product:  Contracted Webinars. The feature is applicable for new webinars and is not backward compatible.
