Trade Show Solution Releases for April 9, 2025
The product team has been working hard to deliver features for iCapture and Jifflenow that enhance your ability to capture and follow up on the highest-quality leads. Below are five exciting new releases for Jifflenow.
As a reminder: Many Jifflenow release dates will have slightly different launch dates from the Cvent cadence for the near future as we continue to work on aligning product release development work over time.
Jifflenow
Jifflenow and Cvent Integration
What's Changed:
We are excited to announce the powerful out-of-the-box integration between Cvent and Jifflenow! This new feature allows event registration data from Cvent to transfer to Jifflenow, and meeting details from Jifflenow to sync back to Cvent.
Benefit:
This integration significantly improves operational efficiency by automating the synchronization of attendee and meeting data between the two platforms. Users can now easily manage event registrations and meeting schedules, ensuring that all relevant information is accessible in both Cvent and Jifflenow for a more cohesive and productive event management experience.
Introducing Self-Service Integrations Module
Expected Release Date: 04/04/2025
What's Changed:
We are introducing a new Self-Service Integrations Module, empowering customers to manage their integrations independently. This new feature minimizes reliance on Professional Services and Customer Success Management teams, accelerating integration setup and reducing errors.
Benefit:
This update enhances operational efficiency by allowing users to configure and manage integrations directly, with easy access to API documentation and predefined settings. It provides greater control and flexibility, enabling quicker deployment and customization while supporting advanced needs through professional services when required.
Improve API Data Consistency
Expected Release Date: 04/04/2025
What's Changed:
We're enhancing Jifflenow’s API to improve data consistency across integrated platforms by introducing a new attribute for removed participants. This update ensures that all participant status changes, including removals, are properly reflected in real time to prevent stale records and outdated information in external systems.
Benefit:
This update ensures better data integrity and reduces manual intervention by automatically updating external systems with participant status changes. With greater control over API responses through a customizable query parameter, customers can trust that their meeting data remains accurate and up-to-date across all integrated platforms, minimizing operational errors.
Simplified Hybrid Settings
Expected Release Date: 04/04/2025
What's Changed:
We're making it easier than ever to configure Hybrid settings in Jifflenow! This update removes the dependency on Customer Success Managers, allowing Meeting Managers to directly enable video conferencing and secondary time zones for new events.
Benefit:
This update speeds up the event configuration process by auto-enabling Hybrid settings for all new events, giving Meeting Managers immediate control. It reduces dependency on CSMs, making the setup faster and more efficient while ensuring that existing events remain unchanged for seamless continuity.
Event Timezone Enhancement
Expected Release Date: 04/04/2025
What's Changed:
We’re improving how Jifflenow manages event time zones to eliminate scheduling inconsistencies caused by daylight saving changes. Previously, time zones were determined based on the event city and the event creation date, leading to potential inaccuracies. With this update, the time zone will now be set based on the event city and start date.
Benefit:
This enhancement ensures accurate event scheduling by setting time zones based on the event start date, preventing misalignment due to daylight saving changes. The streamlined event creation workflow and automatic updates reduce the need for manual adjustments, making event management more reliable and efficient.
