The product team has been working hard to deliver features for iCapture and Jifflenow that enhance your ability to capture and follow up on the highest quality leads. See below for an exciting new release for Jifflenow.

As a reminder: Jifflenow release dates will have slightly different launch dates from the Cvent cadence for the near future as we continue to work on aligning product release development work over time. Due to this, we are sharing a release that is estimated to happen before October 16th, as well as two that may have been missed in our previous post.

Jifflenow: Enhanced Mobile App Functionality

We are introducing several new features to the Jifflenow mobile app to align its capabilities with the web version. These updates will enable meeting requestors and internal participants to create and manage availability links directly from the mobile app. This release aims to provide a more cohesive experience across all devices, ensuring users can manage their meetings with consistent functionality, regardless of if they are on the web or on mobile.

Jifflenow: Improved Handling of Registration Cancellations

With this release, we have updated Jifflenow to reflect attendee status changes more accurately. Previously, when internal or external users registered for an event using Cvent and later canceled their registration, Jifflenow the 'canceled' status was not captured. This update ensures that Jifflenow provides reliable and up-to-date information regarding attendee status, leading to more effective scheduling and management of meetings.

Jifflenow: New "Meeting Needs Attention" Filters in Meeting List

We are introducing two new filters to enhance the meeting management experience - Endorsed Participants Exist and Meetings with Exceeded Room Capacity. These filters are available in the "Meeting Needs Attention" section of both the Meeting List and the On-Demand Report. These filters allow users to identify meetings where endorsed participants have not accepted invitations, as well as meetings where the number of attendees has surpassed the room's capacity.
