Trade Show Solutions News for 18 December 2024

The product team has been working hard to deliver features for iCapture and Jifflenow that enhance your ability to capture and follow up on the highest quality leads. See below for three exciting new releases for iCapture and a couple of date changes for Jifflenow releases.

As a reminder: Jifflenow release dates will have slightly different launch dates from the Cvent cadence for the near future as we continue to work on aligning product release development work over time.

1. iCapture: Notification Center

We are introducing a notification center to centralize the management of notification settings, giving clients more control and a single place to archive system messages, account summaries, and email notifications. Notifications can be accessed under the Settings Icon on the Notifications page. Clients are currently enrolled in two system emails: Post-Event Summary and Monthly Performance Summary, which detail event and monthly performance metrics. With the new notification center, clients can enable or disable these emails and reference prior Monthly Performance Summary emails.

2. iCapture: Parent Account Improvements

Currently, the parent account in iCapture is not a functional account and visibility into team activity is limited. Our new improvements to the parent account will enhance visibility into team performance and activity, providing more comprehensive metrics and easier navigation for end users. The UI will be updated for consistency with the rest of the platform, with color coding to identify and track teams easily. An "Add New Event" button will be added for Event Managers and Super Users to perform actions at the Parent Account level. Additionally, the Parent Account Analytics pages will be updated to match the Team Account Analytics, allowing clients to filter by date ranges and teams, view cross-team performance, and access detailed performance metrics.
