The team has been working hard to deliver features for iCapture and Jifflenow that enhance your ability to capture and follow up on the highest quality leads. Well, we're excited about these! See below for a couple of new exciting iCapture updates.

iCapture: Jifflenow API Integration Update

Cvent | Jifflenow has updated its Badge Scan API to be at the account-level instead of the event-level. iCapture will now support the account-level API to allow for an easier one-time setup. Leads will be added to the Badge Scan tab of the event in Jifflenow.

Once the Jifflenow-iCapture integration is set up on the account-level, event managers can select their corresponding Jifflenow event from the iCapture lead form setup to seamlessly link iCapture leads and pass them to the Jifflenow Event. When enabled, the dropdown in the customization section shows a list of upcoming Jifflenow events to choose from, giving the event manager the ability to configure it on an event-by-event basis.

If the lead has a meeting scheduled within the auto-check-in time configured in the Jifflenow platform, the lead will be automatically checked into their meeting.

These enhancements aim to provide an integrated experience between the iCapture mobile app and the Jifflenow platform. The meeting manager can scan badges using the iCapture mobile app and sync the leads directly to the Jifflenow platform to continue checking the person in or scheduling a meeting.

To initiate the integration, contact Jifflenow Professional Services at JN-PS@cvent.com

iCapture: Client-Facing Attendee List Upload

iCapture clients will now be able to upload an Attendee List directly to a lead form before the start of an event so that reps in the booth can look up attendees in the iCapture Powerscan App. Clients can now manage the process themselves and upload the list directly into their lead form for any event.

In the iCapture Back Office:

Every lead form setup will show the option "Attendee List Lookup" with an action to "Upload File". If "Upload File" is clicked, the client will then be prompted to upload a CSV or XLS file of the attendees to the lead form. Only one Attendee List will be allowed per lead form.

In-App Experience for Booth Staff:

When Badge Scanning is turned off, the Attendee List lookup will be prioritized in the Contact Capture Container for reps to easily select and search for the attendees. This makes finding the right person and capturing their contact details simple so the rep can stay focused on the conversation and qualify the lead quickly.

When Badge Scanning is enabled on the lead form setup and an Attendee List is uploaded, the rep experience in the mobile app shows both options; with badge scan as the main capture method.

Expected Release Date: 2 Oct, 2024

iCapture: Leads & Devices UI Updates

The Leads and Devices pages in the iCapture Back Office are receiving an overhaul and can now pull forward the information most relevant to the event manager. This will make it easier to download data, correct missing fields, and manage the event lead data. These enhancements aim to give the client more control over their event experience. Event managers can now easily manage their lead data and devices in one place.

The Devices page has also been improved to match the look and feel of the iCapture Back Office experience. The device data and statuses are now color-coded to make them easier to understand and manage.

Expected Release Date: 2 Oct, 2024
