Time-Based Filtering for Multi-Room Calendar
Expected Release Date: 06/27/2025
What's Changed: Jifflenow’s Multi-Room Calendar now features time-based filtering. Users can select a specific "From" and "To" time to instantly view only available rooms within that window.
The filter applies to all location types—rooms, booth tours, and offsite locations—based on the selected "Show Location Type." Filters are sticky, so selections remain even when navigating away and returning. If no rooms match the criteria, a clear “0 results found” message appears, and the time picker defaults to 15-minute intervals but supports flexible input.
Benefits: This update streamlines the process of finding available rooms for specific time slots, eliminating manual checks and guesswork. It enables on-site teams to quickly secure last-minute bookings and enhances efficiency during live events. Users can also combine the time filter with other filters, such as engagement or location type, for even more precise results.
Self-Serve Updates to Campaign and Organization IDs for SFDC Integration
Expected Release Date: 06/27/2025
What's Changed: Meeting Managers can now directly update Campaign ID and Organization ID at the Engagement Type level for Salesforce (SFDC) integration. When these IDs are edited, all existing meetings under that engagement type are automatically updated, and new meetings inherit the revised values. The process includes a confirmation message outlining the impact, an email notification upon completion, and ensures even cancelled meetings are updated and synced to Salesforce. This removes the need for Jifflenow Support or Engineering to make backend changes.
Benefit: This enhancement streamlines workflows by allowing Meeting Managers to realign campaign and organization data across hundreds of meetings with a single action. It improves Salesforce data accuracy for reporting and campaign attribution, reduces manual effort, and ensures that Campaign and Org IDs remain properly synced—enabling faster, more reliable updates without external support.
Meeting Title Update for OOTB Integrations
Expected Release Date: 06/27/2025
What's Changed: Jifflenow now features a dedicated Meeting Title field for out-of-the-box (OOTB) integrations. Instead of the generic “Meeting with themselves,” participants will see a contextual, pre-seeded meeting title across meeting requests, details, reports, and notifications. This enhancement is also supported in the productized Cvent integration, ensuring consistent meeting experiences across platforms.
Benefit: This update eliminates attendee confusion by providing clear, professional meeting titles in all external-facing communications. It streamlines integrations by removing the need for manual configuration and enhances the user experience across APIs, the user interface, and integrated platforms. The result is greater clarity, improved professionalism, and a more seamless meeting experience for all participants.
Accessibility Enhancements for Guest-Facing Pages
Expected Release Date: 06/30/2025
What's Changed: Jifflenow has enhanced its guest-facing pages to better align with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards.
Key updates include full keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements, optimized color combinations to improve visual contrast and readability, and refined screen reader compatibility through improved alternative text, ARIA labels, and structural markup.
Benefit: These accessibility enhancements make Jifflenow’s guest-facing pages more usable for everyone, especially users who rely on keyboards or screen readers. Improved contrast and navigation reduce barriers for people with visual or motor impairments, ensuring a more inclusive and seamless experience for all guests.
