Trade Show Solutions Releases for February 21, 2025

The product team has been working hard to deliver features for iCapture and Jifflenow that enhance your ability to capture and follow up on the highest-quality leads. We wanted to share some exciting updates with you for this launch window, so see below!

As a reminder: Jifflenow release dates have slightly different launch dates from the Cvent cadence for the near future as we continue to work on aligning product release development work over time. Due to this, we are sharing releases that are estimated to happen shortly after February 12.

Simplified Meeting Cancellation

Expected Release Date: 02/21/2025

What’s changed:
We're introducing a "Cancel Meeting" option in the update share link interface, allowing requesters to cancel meetings directly. The process includes a popup to capture the reason for cancellation, automated notifications to participants, and detailed logging for full transparency.

Benefit:
This update reduces dependency on link creators, enhances efficiency, and improves the overall meeting management experience.

Date Change

Switch SSO Users to Non-SSO (NEW expected release date: 02/21/2025) — As a reminder, this new feature allows Jifflenow Meeting Managers to effortlessly convert SSO users to non-SSO users directly from the User Management Module, enhancing accessibility and speeding up resolutions with a secure and self-service approach.
