      The product team has been working hard to deliver features for iCapture and Jifflenow that enhance your ability to capture and follow up on the highest-quality leads. Below are a couple of exciting releases for iCapture and Jifflenow.

      As a reminder, many Jifflenow release dates will have slightly different launch dates from the Cvent cadence in the near future as we continue to work on aligning product release development work over time.


      Jifflenow

      Engagement Type Access Updates

      Expected Release Date: 05/16/2025

      What's Changed: Jifflenow introduces standardized role-based access defaults, removes confusing future access checkboxes, refines access messaging, and simplifies attendee addition processes.

      Benefit: These updates simplify access management, save time, and ensure consistent user experiences, reducing support requests and manual overhead in event workflows.

      Integration with Cvent Badge Scanning

      Expected Release Date: 05/16/2025

      What's Changed: Jifflenow now integrates with Cvent badges, allowing users to scan attendee badges directly from the Jifflenow mobile and tablet apps for instant meeting check-ins.

      Benefit: This integration eliminates third-party dependencies, reducing costs and operational complexity while streamlining attendee check-in and lead capture processes. It enhances event productivity by providing immediate access to attendee data within Jifflenow.


      iCapture

      Booth Staff Resource Delivery

      What's Changed: iCapture introduces a new feature allowing booth staff to select and deliver resources directly through the mobile app. This feature enables them to attach relevant follow-up documents like PDFs and images to each captured lead right after conversations with prospects.

      Benefit: This functionality enhances follow-up speed and relevance, providing your team with the tools to swiftly convert trade show interactions into sales opportunities by ensuring prospects receive pertinent information immediately. It also offers more self-serve options to minimize support requests and improve consistency across events.

      In-App Event Instructions

      What's Changed: iCapture introduces in-app event instructions, enabling Event Managers to share customized key details and objectives with booth reps directly through the iCapture platform for each event.

      Booth Staff Email Delivery
