Assign The Correct Meeting Requestor When Creating A Share Link
Expected Release Date: 4/25/2025
What's Changed:
We have made the ability to assign the correct meeting owner when creating a share link a straightforward process. Internal users can now select the appropriate meeting requestor when generating a share link for external participants. This change allows them to create a share link on behalf of another requestor, such as a sales representative. Previously, the person creating the link was automatically designated as the requestor, which often led to confusion during meetings.
Benefit:
This update simplifies the process for internal users, such as sales development representatives or those responsible for scheduling meetings on behalf of Account Managers and other users. It ensures that external participants receive accurate information about who they will be meeting with, which may lead to an increased meeting booking rate.
Meeting Manager Can Self-Configure Key Instance-Level Settings
Expected Release Date: 4/25/2025
What's Changed:
We are excited to provide meeting managers (MMs) with enhanced control and flexibility when configuring instance-level settings for events. With this update, MMs can easily enable or disable important instance settings, such as Notifications (Email, ICS, Mobile Push), Topic Management, Endorsements, and Double Request Handling. This new intuitive instance configuration page will be accessible based on user privileges.
Benefit:
This update minimizes the MMs' reliance on customer support and the CSM team to make configuration changes. It offers greater control and accelerates the event setup process to enhance the attendee experience.
