Attendee Hub


Audience Segments

Audience Segments provides you the ability to segment the event attendees in real-time. For example, you can now create a segment that includes attendees from multiple registration types, a major pain point that we have heard from the planners that is now addressed for Attendee Hub.

 Audience Segments for Page Visibility

Those who feel that Registration Type and Admission Item are not sufficient to control page visibility on Attendee Hub, are now able to more granularly curate the attendee experience based on audience segments.

Appointments


Appointments Usage Summary Report

We are releasing Appointment Usage Summary Report to provide you with an overview on the consumption of your contracted appointment attendees, cross event, and check for any usage overages.

Registration


Email Add to Calendar Widget

The email Add to Calendar widget can be put in any email and allows recipients to add the event to their calendar. It supports all major calendar clients, Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook Calendar. 

Event Management


Production Sandbox Accounts

Some Cvent clients benefit from having a separate Sandbox Account for testing purposes. This includes testing changes to integrations, testing different configurations of Cvent, and conducting user training in an isolated manner.

Cvent will now provide access to Sandbox Accounts in the same environment as Production accounts. We'll also be able to offer Sandbox Accounts in the European data center if you are looking to keep your data in that location. These new accounts include improved application performance, Service Level Agreements, and site status monitoring at status.cvent.com.

Budget


Card Overview Page

You can now access all the metrics in regard to Card Integrations in New Budget on the separate Card Overview page. This dashboard was built to provide actionable insights to you regarding event's funding and reconciliation of the event expenses.

Widgets available include:

·       Total Cards Created

·       Active Cards

·       Transactions

·       Transaction Approval Trend

·       Budget Items

New Budget REST API Enhancements

API users can now update and delete their offline or other transaction data.

Access Portal


Content Tab Redesign in Access Portal

The Access Portal Content tab has been redesigned with an enhanced table. Portal managers can now easily search, sort, and filter the list of published content. Also, the table is paginated and there is an option to select the desired number of contents per page.
Additionally, there are a few new features available including:

·       Unpublishing content in bulk

·       Summary metrics around content

·       "Visible To" column in the table that shows which users can view this content

Survey


Email Alerts on Edited Responses

You can now create an email alert that will trigger if the respondent edits their already submitted response and resubmit the survey.
