The product team has a big improvement they're working to deliver in this window that we know you're going to love:
OnArrival Overview Screen Refresh
Expected Release Date: 17 January, 2024
This release will refresh the planner-facing screens within OnArrival, including an updated navigation bar. This redesign brings UI changes to the iOS OnArrival app to allow users to quickly accomplish actions onsite more efficiently.
The most noticeable change is the introduction of a tab bar. This tab bar allows quick access to essential features of the OnArrival app. You will find four main tabs, both for events and sessions:
Event/Session Tab - Provides quick actions and event/session information. Actions like launching kiosk mode, registering new attendees, editing device names, and more are dynamically available on this tab.
Scan Tab - This is the central hub for scanning attendees through the device camera.
Attendees Tab – Shows the list of attendees with the ability to search, sort, and filter. Tapping an attendee will go to the attendee details with even more information.
Stats Tab – Serves as a space for visualizing event or session data through informative charts.
In addition, buttons in kiosk mode have been redesigned for better usability and accessibility.
