Work Address Standard Contact Field

Capture the right business address from the start with a new standard Work Address field.

What’s Changed:

• Webinar and Essentials registration now includes a dedicated Work Address standard contact field.

• Organizers no longer need to rely on a single, unclear Address field to collect business contact information.

• Admins can set up the field once at the template level, instead of recreating it for every event.

• Work Address is tied to the same contact records used across Cvent and is available directly in registration reports.

• This update is especially helpful for teams that depend on accurate attendee data for reporting, CRM sync, and sales or marketing follow-up.

Benefits:

This release makes it easier to collect the right address the first time by clearly separating Work Address from Home Address. That means cleaner registration data, less manual cleanup, easier reporting, and more reliable downstream syncs.
