      Attendee Hub

      Daily Highlights (Event app only)

What's Changed: AI Daily Summaries and Daily Stats into a unified, intuitive experience on the My Event page.

Benefit: This helps attendees justify their time and investment, report on key achievements, and clearly demonstrate to managers and stakeholders how their event experience supports business objectives. It also provides planners and marketers with a powerful tool to showcase event value and drive stakeholder engagement.

      Exhibitors Met (Event app only)

What's Changed: Attendees will now be able to see a day-by-day overview of their engagements with exhibitors.

Benefit: Attendees can find it challenging to keep track of the exhibitors they have met with during an event, leading to missed business opportunities and follow-ups. This feature helps them maximize their networking opportunities and nurture those relationships post-event.

Modernized Tab Navigation (Event app only)

What's Changed: The tab headers have been removed from the page header and left-aligned. This change makes it easier to distinguish between the page title and the content sections.

Benefit: The tab navigation now delivers a clearer, more intuitive experience for event attendees.

Handling Unsupported Operating Systems and Browsers for Embedded Collaborative Presentations

What's Changed: The system proactively validates their browser and operating system before they join a meeting.
If attendees or participants are using an unsupported or outdated setup, they will receive a clear warning upfront, helping them avoid technical issues.

Benefit: This provides a better meeting experience for the attendees/participants.

      Attendee Hub Event App Updates

See a summary of the app enhancements that have been rolled out in each release window here.

Remember, Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday after this release date, you will not see these new features until Monday after the release. This is to ensure we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.

      Appointments

      Enhancements for Appointments Reports

What's Changed: We've added support for custom event fields in both the Appointment Usage Details and Appointment Usage Summary reports, and added time-based grouping.

Benefit: You can extract deeper insights and take action with precision, driving real-world planning and operational impact.

New "My Appointments Page" (Appointments Premium on Attendee Hub event app)

What's Changed: The new "My Appointment" page offers new filtering options, intuitive navigation, and comprehensive status tracking for attendees and booth staff.

Benefit: This update makes it easier for attendees to manage appointments overall.
