Daily Sessions Snapshots & Takeaways

What's Changed: Session Snapshots let attendees instantly capture key moments from live sessions, including a snippet of the transcript, an AI-generated title, and a brief summary—making note-taking effortless and engaging. Session Takeaways provide concise, AI-powered summaries of the most important points from each session, helping attendees quickly recall what mattered most and revisit highlights after the event.

Benefit: Both Snapshots and Takeaways are designed to streamline content capture and make it easy for attendees to review, share, and demonstrate the value of their event experience.

Appointment Locations in Attendee Hub Floor Plan

What's Changed: Add Appointment Locations directly to floor plans, alongside session locations and exhibitor booths.

Benefit: Give attendees the full picture of where all their event activities (appointments, sessions, and booths) are located in the venue and reduce wasted time searching for specific locations.

Profile Image Cropper (Attendee Hub Web only)

What's Changed: A profile image cropper letting attendees easily crop and resize profile photos to a square image before saving.

Benefit: Help attendees ensure that their profile photos look clean and consistent
