What Happens When You Click "Get Started":
Clicking the Get Started button will take you to Reposite. Your login configuration may affect the experience.
For Non-SSO Users:
You’ll be directed to the Reposite login page, where you can sign up for an account. Once registered, you’ll be able to explore Reposite’s powerful vendor management tools and continue benefiting from this integration with future awarded RFPs.

If you're already linked to your organization in Reposite, you’ll be taken directly to:
A category selection screen, pre-populated with vendor categories from your awarded RFP.

We hope this new integration will enhance your overall experience with our platform and make event sourcing/planning even more efficient.

Cvent Passkey
Enhanced Maps Feature for Event
Expected Release Date: (Out Now as of May 2025)
Overview
We’re excited to share that Passkey now includes enhanced functionality for Booking Site Maps. With this update, walking and driving distances between the event venue and all associated hotels are automatically calculated as soon as a new event is created.
This eliminates the need for manual distance entry—saving time, reducing errors, and improving accuracy. Whether you're managing a single event or a large citywide program, this enhancement streamlines the planning process and creates a more seamless experience for both organizers and attendees.
Benefits
Time Saved: Eliminate manual effort—distances between venues and hotels are automatically calculated.
Improved Accuracy: Reduce human error and provide consistent, reliable information to event attendees.
Enhanced Guest Experience: Help guests plan and navigate more easily with clear, context-aware directions.
Smarter Defaults: Based on real-time data, the system selects the most logical mode of transportation—walking or driving.
Key Features
Auto-Calculated Distances: Instantly generate accurate walking and driving distances between the event venue and each hotel in your event’s inventory.
Dual Mode Support
View both driving and walking distances for each hotel.
You can also set a default mode—driving or walking—on a per-hotel basis to best reflect your event’s needs.Intelligent Default Mode
If a hotel is within 2 miles and walkable in under 15 minutes, walking is automatically selected as the default mode of transportation. For all other cases, the system defaults to driving, ensuring guests see the most practical option first.
Dynamic Map Integration
Easily visualize all venues and hotels on an interactive map, helping you and your attendees quickly understand proximity and layout.
Effortless Updates
As hotels or venues are added or updated, distances are automatically recalculated, eliminating the need for manual updates.
New 'Partial Availability' Label on Attendee Booking Site's Hotel Selection Page
Expected Release Date: (Out Now)
Overview
We’re introducing a new “Partial Availability” label on the Hotel Selection Page of the Passkey Attendee Booking Site. This enhancement helps attendees make more informed decisions by signaling when only some nights within their selected stay range still have rooms available.
Why It Matters
Back in February, we refreshed the Hotel Selection Page with a streamlined tile layout, improved top navigation, and clearer availability indicators like "Available," "Waitlisted," and "Sold Out."
Previously, if even one night in an attendee’s selected date range was unavailable, the entire stay would be marked as “Sold Out”—even if other nights still had rooms. This often led to confusion and missed opportunities to secure partial bookings.
What’s Changing
With the new “Partial Availability” label, attendees will now:
See clearer guidance when some nights of their stay are still available
Click “Select” to proceed with booking and adjust their dates if desired
Use “View rates and availability” to explore options and finalize their stay
These options weren’t accessible under the previous “Sold Out” label, giving attendees with flexible travel dates more control and confidence when booking.
Note: The new Partial Availability label will appear when both of the following conditions are met:
The Show Available filter is turned off
At least one night in the attendee’s selected date range has availability
New Event Setup Summary Report
Expected Release Date: (Out Now)
Overview
We’ve added the Event Setup Summary Report to the Passkey Reports Page, making it easier for you to review key event configuration details in one place.
Whether you're managing a large city-wide event or a single hotel event, this report makes it easy to confirm that all settings are built correctly—from the overall event setup, down to each hotel and sub-block.
Use it to quickly verify:
Taxes and fees
Inventory and rates
Booking policies
And more
The Event Setup Summary Report helps ensure everything is configured as intended—saving you time, reducing errors, and providing added peace of mind during setup.
This new report provides a quick snapshot of how your event is set up—helping you verify settings, ensure accuracy, and streamline troubleshooting without digging through multiple tabs.
Instant Book
Instant Book Booking Management
Overview
Thanks to our integration with MeetingPackage, you can now easily modify or cancel your booking or message your event venue. While we first shared this update back in December, we’ve just received final approval from MeetingPackage to move forward.
How It Works
When a venue is integrated with MeetingPackage, a new “Manage booking” button will appear on the booking confirmation page. Clicking this button will take you directly to MeetingPackage’s booking management tool, where you can cancel your booking or message the venue with any modification requests.
Previously, the Cvent Instant Booking workflow ended once a booking was confirmed. If you needed to make changes or cancel, you had to contact the hotel manually. With this new enhancement, you can now manage your booking directly, saving time and adding flexibility.
In today’s world, the ability to cancel or modify an online transaction is expected. With this release, we’re meeting that expectation, boosting confidence, and continuing to streamline the instant booking experience.
Who Is This For?
This feature is available to Cvent planners—like you—who use Instant Book to reserve event space at venues integrated with MeetingPackage.
Looking ahead, our goal is to expand this booking management functionality directly within Cvent, so it can apply to any booking made through any integration partner.
