Copy Selected Venues to an Existing RFP

What it is:

You can now copy selected venues from one RFP to another existing RFP in just a few clicks.

Benefits:

This update makes it easier to reuse shortlisted venues across similar programs, repeat events, or alternate versions of an opportunity. Instead of manually searching for and re-adding the same suppliers each time, you can move faster and keep work moving.

How it works:

You can access this action from the Venues page for both bulk actions and individual venue actions.

When you copy venues to an existing RFP, only eligible venues are included. Inactive, closed, unavailable, and external venues won’t be copied. If your selection includes a mix of eligible and ineligible venues, only the eligible venues will carry over.

Copied venues are added to the destination RFP in Not Sent status.

If the venue already exists in the destination RFP, it will be skipped!

Booking Insights with Emburse

What’s Changed:

Cvent Travel is introducing Booking Insights with Emburse to bring historical booking data directly into the sourcing workflow. With this update, travel managers can view production data on the solicitation list instead of relying on information stored outside of Cvent.

Users can now see room nights, total spend, and average booked rate (ABR) on the solicitation list. They can also switch the timeframe for the data they’re viewing between the previous 365 days and year-to-date, and filter the solicitation list based on room nights or ABR.

This feature is available as a paid connector offering for customers who also use Emburse. Booking Insights data is available in the new solicitation list experience.

Booking Insights with Emburse helps you make sourcing decisions faster by putting the booking data you already rely on directly into your workflow. Instead of jumping between spreadsheets, card data, booking platforms, and Cvent, you can evaluate hotel performance in one place.

Expanded access to Reposite Vendor Showcase

What it is:

Reposite Vendor Showcase gives you a more embedded vendor sourcing experience within Cvent, so you can opt in to vendor sourcing and create and publish Vendor RFPs without leaving the platform.

Benefits:

With vendor sourcing built into your workflow, you can move from discovery to publishing faster and manage more of the sourcing process in one place.

How it works:

This update expands who can access Reposite Vendor Showcase as a feature enhancement. It is now available to enterprise users whose organizations are connected through SSO, as well as all non-enterprise users.
