Event Reg Integration Supported in Europe

Overview
Cvent operates two independent data centers—one in the U.S. and one in the EU—that do not share data. Previously, the Event Registration Integration was only compatible with the U.S. data center.

With this release, support has been extended to include the EU data center. During setup, you can now select the appropriate data center based on your Cvent URL, ensuring the Event Registration Integration works seamlessly—no matter where your account resides.

How to Get Started
To enable this update, follow these simple steps:

• Step 1: Log into the Event Reg Integration

• Step 2: Select account data center

  • The datacenter is indicated by the URL used to log into a Cvent account. 

    • app.cvent.com - U.S.

    • app-eur.cvent.com - EU

• Step 3: Log into your Cvent account

This enhancement ensures a consistent experience across both data centers, making it easier than ever to connect your event data.

Introducing Interactive Floor Plans Visibility

Overview
We’re introducing an update that makes it easier to access and share your Interactive Floor Plans.

With this release, you’ll find a new, dedicated section in the Settings area that centralizes everything you need—microsite links, embed codes, and previews. This update increases visibility and makes it simple to share Interactive Floor Plans with prospective clients, helping drive greater awareness and usage of this powerful tool.

Permissions
Access to this new section is limited to the Owning Team of the Interactive Floor Plans within your Cvent Event Diagramming account.

All users associated with that Owning Team—including Owners, Admins, Planners, and Limited Planners—will be able to view and reference the section.

This update makes it easier than ever to manage, share, and promote your Interactive Floor Plans—all from one centralized location.
