      Enhanced Mobile Check-in Experience

      Overview
During an event, you’ve previously been limited to two check-in options: the desktop version (which is not mobile-responsive) or the iOS Check-in app (which works only on Apple devices).

With this release, we’re excited to introduce a redesigned, web-based mobile check-in experience. This new platform works seamlessly across all mobile devices, giving your event teams greater flexibility, portability, and enhanced functionality on-site.

Note: This functionality does not currently support attendee lists from Cvent Event Core integrations.

      Attendee Check-In

      Introducing Event Integration Attendee History

      Overview

Introducing the new Event Registration Integration history feature for Cvent Event Diagramming (formerly Social Tables). With this enhancement, you can now easily review a comprehensive summary of all registration data updates passed from Event Registration to your event diagrams—at any time.

Previously, updates to registrant information were shown in a brief, one-time notification, which could be missed if not viewed immediately or when managing multiple attendees. Now, the Event Reg Integration history provides a clear, accessible record of all changes, helping you stay informed and confident in your event data.

This new tool empowers you to track updates, verify data accuracy, and ensure a seamless event planning experience.

      Key Features

      • To take advantage of the Event Registration Integration history, simply import your attendee list from Event Registration into Cvent Event Diagramming (formerly Social Tables).

      • The integration history provides a clear, ongoing record of all registration data updates, making it easy to track changes and ensure your event diagrams are always up to date.

      Important Notes

      • Only actions taken on Event Registration attendees after this feature's release will appear in the Cvent Integration History. Updates made before this enhancement are not included in the historical record.

      • For the most accurate and complete tracking, be sure to import your attendee list from Event Registration before making changes you wish to monitor in the integration history.
