Booking Insights with Emburse: Stronger Negotiations

What's Changed: Cvent Travel customers who have an active Emburse Benchmarking and Analytics license and the Booking Insights connector can now use booking data in two more places in their workflow:

• Custom Template Builder: Add Room Nights, Total Spend, and Average Booked Rate (ABR) to custom report templates. Combine this information with sourcing and negotiation data in one exportable report.

• Negotiation Side Panel: Use the new Booking Insights tab to review a hotel’s Room Nights, Total Spend, and ABR, plus monthly Room Nights and ABR trends. You can also view previous-year and year-to-date data while responding to proposed rates.
  
  

  

Benefit: Bring the booking data behind your travel program into the moments when it matters most. You can build more complete reports and enter rate conversations with a clearer view of actual traveler booking activity.

• Prepare stakeholder updates, renewal discussions, and budget conversations with booking, sourcing, and negotiation data together.

• Identify seasonal booking patterns to help inform hotel rate negotiations.

• Reduce the need to switch between tools when reporting on program performance or evaluating a proposed rate.
