Top News: Exhibitor Profile Fields Customization and more

The product team has 1 big improvement they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:

1. Exhibitor Profile Fields Customization - You can now select which exhibitor profile fields are relevant for your event and ensure that only relevant profile fields are visible and editable by the exhibitors in the Exhibitor Portal.

   Before this release, exhibitors could see and edit all the fields on their profile page in the Exhibitor Portal. This created confusion with exhibitor admins when they only needed to collect certain fields. With this update, only those fields selected by the planners are visible to the exhibitor admins, and therefore, they can only edit those fields.

   Important things to know:

   • By default, all the fields will be visible

   • Only the exhibitor admins who have field edit access will be able to change the visible fields.

   • Planners will continue to have full access to fields in Exhibitor Management

• Guest login to Attendee Hub - Registrant’s guests can now be added as guests to access Attendee Hub. There are two conditions that a guest must satisfy to be able to log in to Attendee Hub –

  • Each guest must have a unique email address.

  • The guest should have a corresponding contact in the address book.
