Top News: Booth Staff Assignments, Assign to All Exhibitors Feature, and more

Happy New Year! The product team has 3 big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:

  1. Exhibitor Management Booth Staff Assignment Update - Previously when you went to add attendees from your event as booth staff, the list would only include unassigned attendees resulting in confusion at times. This update will now show the full attendee list of assigned and unassigned booth staff and highlight which exhibitor someone is already assigned to. This will make it easier for you to keep track of which booth staff members have been assigned to which exhibitor's booth. This update also includes two additional filters for booth staff members - "Already Assigned" and "Not Assigned".

  2. New Audience Types for Exhibitor Emails - You will now have additional audience type options for Exhibitor task emails, to help target those who specifically have overdue tasks, or incomplete tasks that are marked as required. This will provide more flexibility to personalize follow up messages that are more targeted. The new audience types are:

    • "Exhibitor Admins with overdue tasks"

    • "Exhibitor Admins with incomplete required tasks"

  3. Assign to All Exhibitors Feature - Previously, you would have to manually assign features/settings to exhibitors as they were added to an event. If you wanted certain settings applied to all exhibitors, you would have to keep coming back to assign those settings for newly created exhibitors individually. This was a cumbersome process and could lead to inconsistencies in the settings applied to different exhibitors.

    With the "Assign to All" feature, all previously created exhibitors as well as future exhibitors will have those settings/features automatically enabled for them. This means that you can now apply settings & features across all exhibitors more efficiently and consistently, without having to worry about manually assigning them to each exhibitor individually.
