The product team has 3 big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:

  1. Session & Registration Insights - Enhanced Filtering - Our new enhanced filtering capabilities for Session Insights, Registration Insights, and Event-to-Event Insights Comparison are designed to empower you with the precision and granularity needed to gain actionable insights.

    • Session type filtering: Understand which sessions are driving engagement and which need improvement with additional filtering options for Session types. View specific insights by filtering by optional or included sessions.

    • Granular Reporting: Users can filter session performance data by audience segments and session custom fields to tailor their reports based on demographics, providing a clearer picture of attendee engagement.

    • Year-over-Year Analysis: Compare session performance across different events with the ability to filter by specific session, registration types, and session custom fields. This enables a detailed year-over-year analysis of attendee engagement trends.

    • Segmented Registration Data: Filter registration data by registration types, audience segments, and custom contact fields. This allows you to view total registrations across different attendee groups, facilitating targeted analysis and reporting.

      • Exclusion of Non-Relevant Groups: You can also exclude certain groups, like staff members, from the analysis to ensure that registration insights accurately reflect attendee behavior and preferences.

    • Accurate Comparison Across Events: User can filter registration data in the comparison modal to see total registrations across different groups while excluding non-relevant attendees. This ensures that their year-over-year comparisons are accurate and meaningful.

  2. AI Writing Assistant Improvements for Event Description - We're excited to announce the release of our AI Writing Assistant improvements for Event Descriptions.

    The event description impacts an attendee's first impression of an event, making it a vital part of event planning and marketing. Our improved writing assistant will utilize existing event data to create a meaningful AI-generated description that will save you time when building an event.  

    Key Features

    • Writing Descriptions from Scratch - The assistant is given existing event data (event name, dates, location, etc.) to help with content generation. You won't need to write a first draft - the assistant can write descriptions from scratch.

    • New Chat Bot Interface - Interact with the assistant through a new chatbot interface, making it easy to quickly request edits to the description's content, tone, or length. The bot will also ask clarifying questions to gather information before generating content.

      • in AI technology, to deliver exceptional content generation capabilities.

  3. Exhibitor Management: LeadCapture Marketing Email - With this release, you can send LeadCapture Marketing Emails to exhibitor admins who don't have LeadCapture licenses before the start of their event, in order to inform exhibitor admins of the benefits of LeadCapture and to encourage them to purchase licenses for their onsite team.

    • The Audience type for the email is set to "Exhibitor Admins with No Licenses". Audience Type cannot be altered.

    • Emails can be scheduled for a specific date and time or can be sent manually to Exhibitor Admins

    • You can use the LeadCapture Pricing widget in any existing or custom Exhibitor Email
