Vendor Sourcing from Meeting Requests

What’s Changed: We’ve added the Vendor Marketplace powered by Reposite to Meeting Requests, including a new “Vendor RFP” option under Create and one‑click navigation to create or view RFPs in Reposite. An “Associated Vendor RFPs” table now links the Reposite project and RFPs to both the meeting request and its event for easy access.

Benefit: Planners and sourcing agents can start vendor sourcing directly from a submitted meeting request and keep all RFP details in one place. This cuts app‑switching and provides a fast, centralized view of active RFPs with single‑click access.
