Improved Flexibility with Workflow Triggers

What’s Changed: Status, event role assignment, and visibility triggers are now managed from a new Workflow page in Admin, which centralizes creation, viewing, and management of workflow configurations with richer details and flexible sort/filter options. Trigger configurations support more advanced rules, can be tied to specific Meeting Request Forms, and allow multiple actions to be bundled into a single configuration.

Benefit: Admins gain a single, more powerful workspace to configure and maintain Meeting Request Form automation, reducing clutter from duplicate or overlapping workflows while improving visibility into how triggers are set up. More flexible rules and form-specific configurations make it easier to model real-world processes accurately and adjust them over time without workarounds.

Access Portal

Search Result Priorities for Access Portal Sourcing

What's Changed: Access Portal search results now respect the same account-level search result priorities configured for Cvent Supplier Network, rather than relying solely on the default relevance rules. For accounts with existing priorities, the Recommended sort in Access Portal will automatically follow the defined order without any additional setup.

Benefit: Organizations can ensure venue results in simple meetings sourcing are ordered according to their policies, such as prioritizing Preferred, Supplier Categories, Negotiated Rates, or Cancelled Space. This creates a consistent sourcing experience across users and channels, making it easier for administrators to guide behavior and troubleshoot sorting questions.
