Tracking Awarded Reposite Vendors in Budget

Expected Release Date: July 22, 2026

What’s Changed:
Budget Management now integrates with Cvent Vendor Marketplace powered by Reposite, so awarded vendors automatically appear in the “Awarded vendors” dropdown when planners create or edit budget items. The updated vendor experience also supports better vendor mapping and reporting across events.

Benefit:
This saves planners time, reduces manual entry and errors, and creates a more connected sourcing-to-budget workflow. It also improves vendor spend visibility and reporting across the full event program.
