Access Portal

Convert Access Portal Users to Account Users

Expected Release Date: 06/17/2026

What’s Changed
Admins and Portal Managers can now convert an Access Portal User into an Account User directly from the portal user overview page. User details are pre-filled in the standard Account User creation flow, and the converted user keeps their portal memberships, submitted requests, published reports, and other portal content.

Benefit
This makes user conversion faster and easier, without needing extra manual steps or Cvent support. It helps teams adapt permissions as user responsibilities grow, while preserving the user’s existing history and access.
