Meeting Request Form (MRF)

Create Webinar and Essentials Events from MRF

What's Changed: Meeting Request Forms can now keep submissions in intake until an admin or designated user manually creates a Standard, Webinar, or Essentials event based on permissions and licensing. Events created this way maintain a 1:1 link to the originating Meeting Request, inherit mapped standard and custom fields, and automatic event creation remains available for configured forms.

Benefit: This change supports organizations that require review, validation, or approvals before committing resources or creating events and webinars. It strengthens governance, accuracy, and traceability by aligning event setup with internal policies and preserving a clear link from Meeting Request to Event.

Access Portal

Requests and Events Widget Improvements in Access Portal

What's Changed: The Requests and Events widget in Access Portal now uses a fast-loading, paginated list instead of a single long table, improving performance for users with many requests or events. Users can sort, apply column-based filters, and perform keyword searches across the paginated list, in a layout consistent with other modern Access Portal tables.

Benefit: These improvements make it faster and more reliable for Access Portal users to load and work with large volumes of meeting requests and Simple Meetings. Users can more easily locate the right request or event while benefiting from a familiar table experience across Access Portal and other Cvent products.
