      Multi-Budget Configuration: The Right Budget Setup for Every Event

      Expected Release Date: 11/18/2026

      What's Changed:

      • Admins can create up to 10 budget configurations, each with its own columns, custom fields, tax and gratuity settings, and allocation and payment tracking.

      • Use event standard and custom-field criteria to automatically assign the right configuration to each event.

      • Planners can manage budget versions and card visibility when enabled for a configuration.

      • Available for standard events. Essentials and Webinar events aren’t supported yet.

      Benefit: Stop making one account-wide budget fit every event. Give simpler events a streamlined budget and complex events the tracking they need, with the right setup applied automatically.
