The product team has been working hard to deliver features that maximize efficiency and minimize tedious processes. In this launch window, we have two exciting updates for Budget Management and Meeting Request Form that we want to share with you!

Budget Management

Spend Per Person (SPP) Functionality

Expected Release Date: 11/05/2025

What's Changed: We're excited to announce several enhancements to the SPP (Spend-Per-Person) functionality in Budget Management that simplify planning and improve visibility. It is now easier to connect spend to attendees, review who is included at a glance, and tailor what you see to match your program. You can also quickly confirm which attendees are tied to each budget item for faster validation.

Benefit: These updates help teams assign and track per-person spend faster and more accurately across events. They strengthen compliance and reporting by capturing all costs, including cancellations, and give admins more control for consistent, trustworthy data.

Meeting Request Form

New Meetings Management REST API Endpoint

Expected Release Date: 11/05/2025

What’s changed: We’re introducing the new GET List MR Documents endpoint in the Meetings Management REST API, which lets you retrieve files attached to Meeting Request Forms (MRFs). It returns a paginated list of attachments and can include secure, direct download URLs for each file. This enables automated access to required documents without manual steps.

Benefit: Teams can automatically pull MRF documents into sourcing, compliance, and record-keeping workflows. This reduces manual effort and errors, speeds up integrations, and ensures timely, secure access to the right files.
