Spend & Workflow Releases for October 1, 2025

There are no new updates or releases for Spend and Workflow products in this launch window. However, our team is diligently working on exciting features for Q4 to enhance efficiency and simplify your processes (see below!)

Planned Q4 Releases on the Roadmap:

• Cvent Essentials Integration: Cvent Essentials capabilities will soon be available in Access Portal, allowing extended users to request and self-manage events with ease. Users will be able to set up branded websites, manage attendee registration, and engage participants through polls and surveys.

• Enhanced Attendee Management: New features will complement simplified Budget and Venue Sourcing for simple meetings. Central planning teams will gain insights into attendee demographics and behavior through cross-event reporting.

• Budget Module Improvements: Look forward to enhancements in the Spend Per Person capability, including improved admin setup for registrants and streamlined association of spend with budget items.
