Cvent Essentials for Meeting Requesters in Access Portal

What’s changed: The Access Portal now integrates Cvent Essentials, enabling approved requesters to manage attendee workflows independently. This includes brand-compliant sites, registration, onsite check-in, live polling, and post-event surveys, along with existing budget tracking and venue sourcing, all controlled through the Simple Meeting Policy.

Benefit: Extended users can launch compliant, end-to-end events faster, while central planners maintain oversight through cross-event reporting and attendee data visibility, thereby cutting turnaround time and workload.
