Powerful New Summary View of Your Entire Event Program

Check out the game-changing enhancement to our reporting and insights functionality: Cross Event Insights. This provides a centralized dashboard summary of your account-wide event performance, including metrics on registration, revenue, ROI, and more.

Cross Event Insights, launched in early May, integrates data from all your events so you can easily compare performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity. It saves you an extraordinary amount of time compared to manually comparing separate event reports, especially for those managing a high volume of events!

You can even export Cross Event Insights by clicking the Download PDF in the top-right for easy sharing.

Cross Event Insights are broken out into four major categories:

1. Events Summary - Provides a high-level overview of all events managed within a specific timeframe. Pre-populated charts and graphs make for easy data analysis of your event program at a glance.

   

2. Registrations and Attendance—Provides detailed insights into registration types, conversion rates, and audience demographics. It also allows you to easily track website and registration form conversion rates.

   
   

3. Feedback - Captures attendee feedback and ratings, offering insights into attendee satisfaction and engagement levels. 

   
   

4. Financials and Budgeting — Provides a detailed overview of events' financial performance, including total revenue, spending, and return on investment (ROI). It allows you to identify cost-saving areas and optimize budgets for future events.   

   

Also in Cross Event Insights, you can group your events into programs, series, and tactics, with dedicated dashboards that focus on the performance of each event group. These grouped events allow you to assess the effectiveness of a subgroup of similar events. 

Don't see this new section? Ask your Administrator to give you Full Access to Cross Event Insights and Cross Event Insights - Event Groups under Admin > Manage Users > User Roles > Event > Reporting Permissions.
