Cvent's "My Event" is a single centralized hub of personalized and relevant information that helps attendees stay engaged throughout their event journey. Planners can tailor experiences for each attendee using personal data to create an optimized journey. It integrates key features, like profile access, a streamlined schedule, and a centralized to-do list. As the central hub in the Event app, it boosts attendee engagement, fosters loyalty, and clearly communicates the event's return on investment (ROI), making it essential for all users.

Key highlights:

1. My Profile and Quick Links — Attendees get quick access to all their personal event information in one centralized hub. They can easily navigate to their profiles and essential items like event announcements, direct messages, surveys, and connection requests.

   

2. My Updates — The centralized notification system helps Attendees stay on top of their schedules. It displays appointments, messages, connections, announcements, surveys, and reported incidents. Attendees can easily manage alerts by taking action or dismissing them.

3. Schedule Snapshot — A clear overview of key agenda items helps attendees stay organized. It automatically updates in real time, giving information on ongoing and upcoming sessions so attendees can plan their time efficiently without sorting through the entire schedule.

   

4. My Suggestions — Consolidates all personalized recommendations in one location, promoting deeper engagement with event content and fellow attendees. It provides tailored suggestions based on attendee activities such as profile completion, QR code check-in, game participation, and joining discussions.

   

Note: My Event is now on by default for all existing and upcoming events; the app must be updated to the latest version to see the release.
