Trade Show Solution Releases for March 11, 2026
Jifflenow
Jifflenow Salesforce App
Expected Release Date: 2/27/2026
What's Changed: We're releasing a new version to the Jifflenow Salesforce App that focuses on clearer scheduling decisions, richer meeting context, stronger privacy controls, and smoother onsite operations, all without forcing users to leave Salesforce.
The new version includes the below functionality:
A new “Check‑In & No‑Show Only” role so onsite or temporary staff can manage event check-ins directly in Salesforce—without broad edit access or needing the Jifflenow web app.
Better meeting notes in Salesforce: add preparation notes when booking and recap notes after the meeting, all synced to the Jifflenow Meeting record so anyone can see why the meeting was booked, what happened, and what’s next.
Clear conflict visibility while scheduling: see tags for double-booked or double-requested internal attendees across key booking views, so you can adjust times or attendee lists before sending invites.
A clearer edit experience when attendees become unavailable: instead of silent changes, you’ll see who’s unavailable and can choose to remove them or pick a new time—without leaving the edit flow.
Easy cleanup of unregistered attendees: get alerts when meetings include unregistered attendees and remove one or many in a single step from the meeting details view.
Consistent PII deletion across Jifflenow Web and the Salesforce App: when external user PII is deleted in Jifflenow Web, the Salesforce view reflects that change so both systems stay in sync.
Accurate cancelled-meeting history in Salesforce Activities: cancelled meetings are now clearly marked with “Cancelled – <reason>” in Jifflenow Salesforce records, instead of appearing as upcoming.
Benefit: This release is designed for teams who live in Salesforce and rely on Jifflenow to run high-value meetings at events and throughout the sales cycle—so they can work faster, stay aligned, and keep privacy and data quality under control.
