Enrich missing contact details in iCapture with your own ZoomInfo account—right from the show floor.

What's Changed:

• Connect your ZoomInfo subscription to iCapture at the account level, then turn it on for specific lead forms as needed.

• When a captured lead is missing key fields such as business email, phone number, job title, or company information, booth staff can enrich the record right inside iCapture.

• iCapture will use core lead details (such as name and company) to request enriched data from ZoomInfo and instantly pull back verified business email addresses, phone numbers, titles, departments, and company information.

• All enriched data is stored with the lead and passed to your downstream systems—such as your CRM or marketing automation platform—based on your existing configuration and permissions, using your own ZoomInfo subscription and keeping enrichment compliant.

No more half-complete badges or handwritten notes that never make it into your systems. With this integration, your event teams can capture leads and complete their profiles in a single, seamless flow, ensuring every record is more accurate and actionable before it ever reaches sales.
