Request a Jifflenow Meeting
Expected Release Date: August 5, 2026
Request a meeting right from iCapture Kiosk—and send interested booth visitors directly into your Jifflenow scheduling workflow.
What’s Changed:
iCapture Kiosk now includes a Request a Meeting option for customers using Jifflenow.
Booth visitors can submit a meeting request while engaging with your team.
Requests flow directly into Jifflenow, where your team can review and schedule them.
Designed for onsite teams using both iCapture Kiosk and Jifflenow.
Benefit:
Turn booth interest into meaningful conversations faster. Visitors can request time with your team in the moment, while interest is high, and your team receives those requests directly in Jifflenow—reducing manual handoffs and making it easier to follow up on promising conversations.
Daily Lead Action Report
Expected Release Date: August 19, 2026
Get a daily snapshot of lead activity to help your team prioritize follow-up and act faster.
What’s Changed:
The new Daily Lead Action Report summarizes lead activity from the previous day.
Sales and event teams can quickly see which leads need attention and prioritize next steps.
A consistent daily view supports smoother post-event outreach and lead-management workflows.
Benefit:
Stop spending time pulling together lead data from multiple places. The Daily Lead Action Report gives your team a clear starting point each day, helping them follow up sooner and keep valuable conversations moving.
Jifflenow
Location Assignment
Expected Release Date: August 14, 2026
Location Assignment, previously known as Mappings, is now more powerful and easier to manage, with a clearer name and expanded cancellation capabilities.
What’s Changed:
Canceled meetings will continue to appear in Location Assignment after they are canceled.
The meeting record remains connected to its assigned location, so you can see both active and canceled meetings in one place.
Teams can review the full scheduling history for a space without having to piece together changes from separate views.
This update makes it easier to understand when a location was previously reserved, when plans changed, and what is currently scheduled.
Event teams, location managers, and schedulers all benefit from a clearer, more complete view of location activity.
Benefit:
Get the full story behind every space. Keeping canceled meetings visible reduces guesswork, helps teams coordinate with confidence, and creates a more reliable record of how locations were planned and used.
