Trade Show Solutions Releases For December 3, 2025

Reminder: The Jifflenow release dates will have slightly different launch dates from the Cvent cadence in the near future as we continue to work on aligning product release development work over time. This week's post contains Jifflenow releases that were released early this month.

Jifflenow

Enhanced Meeting Notes

Expected Release Date: 10/05/2025

A modern, mobile‑friendly, workflow‑integrated notes experience that streamlines post‑meeting follow‑ups and drives adoption across your team.

What's Changed:

• Internal participants and users with meeting edit access can view and contribute to notes, and users can capture context and objectives before they submit the meeting.

• View, edit, and update notes from the Jifflenow mobile app, and notes are more prominent on the meeting card and detail view.

• Mark notes as Public, Private, or Restricted (visible to Meeting Managers, Junior Meeting Managers, and the creator). Creators can always edit their notes.

• Automatically push summaries and action items to integrated CRMs, such as Salesforce, and Recap and Preparation Notes appear in on-demand reports for easy export and sharing.

MyCvent Login

Expected Release Date: 12/05/2025

One login, all your Cvent tools—no more juggling passwords.

What's Changed:

• Log in once with MyCvent to access Jifflenow and other Cvent solutions

• Effortlessly switch between all your Cvent accounts and products with a single identity.

• Enjoy a unified dashboard for seamless navigation across the Cvent ecosystem.

Benefit: One secure login means less friction and more time to focus on your events.

Note: This update will initially be rolled out to SSO-enabled customers, providing smoother access than ever for event planners and teams.

iCapture

Parked Leads Enhancement

Expected Release Date: 12/04/2025

Transform event interactions into actionable leads, ensuring efficient and secure follow-up even during peak times.

What's Changed:

• Parked leads now appear alongside your captured leads, making them easy to find and manage.

• Event managers can finish, edit, and submit parked leads from the back office—no need to track down the original device.

• Group parking mode lets staff quickly park multiple leads at once, perfect for those busy booth moments.

• Parked lead data is now saved and updated with the same security as submitted leads, so nothing slips through the cracks—even if a device is wiped.

Kiosk Badge Scanning

Expected Release Date: 12/04/2025

Enhance self-service kiosks with badge scanning for a streamlined, prospect-focused event experience.

What’s Changed:

• Badge Scanning is now available in iCapture’s Self-Service Kiosk mode.

• Setup is simple and matches the familiar Trade Show template.

• Event managers can easily create prospect-facing kiosks at badged events.

Benefit: Prospects can quickly self-scan and submit their info—no staff required—so you capture more leads even when your team’s busy, driving stronger ROI at every event.
