Master Calendar Enhancements

Save your go-to calendar views, find the meetings that matter, and see key details at a glance.

What’s changed

• Save and share views: Meeting Managers and Junior Meeting Managers can save named views for user groups and room sets, then reopen them in one click. Shared views can be saved as a recipient’s own copy, subject to existing permissions.

• Put priority spaces first: Pin and reorder saved room sets to keep important locations front and center.

• Filter your schedule: Narrow user and location calendars by meeting type, topic, and user title.

• Get meeting context at a glance: See meeting type, topic, and requestor name in calendar cells and hover states, without opening individual records.

• Pick up where you left off: Saved views, filters, and calendar mode selections persist across sessions and tabs.

Benefit

Spend less time rebuilding views and opening meeting records, and more time making confident scheduling decisions. Update saved views as users or rooms change, then access them again in a single click.

Note: These enhancements will be released to customers in phases with rollout beginning November 18. Accounts with live events between November 18 and December 6 will be updated on December 7 to avoid disruption during an event.
