Reminder: The Jifflenow release dates will have slightly different launch dates from the Cvent cadence in the near future, as we continue to align product release development work. This week's post features one Jifflenow release.

Multi-Level Topic Support for Mapping Meetings on Mobile

Expected Release: August 26, 2026

Multi-level topics on mobile help Meeting Managers route every meeting to the right expert and location—faster.

What’s Changed

• Meeting Managers can select multi-level topics when creating or editing Mappings-based meetings in the Jifflenow Mobile App, for both iOS and Android.

• The app automatically filters Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and locations to match the selected topic path, so only relevant options appear.

• If a topic update affects an already selected SME or location, Meeting Managers will be prompted to review and update that selection when unmapped options are hidden.

• Mobile topic behavior now aligns with the Jifflenow web experience and General Meetings.

Less searching. Less rework. More confidently routed meetings.

By filtering experts and locations by topic, Meeting Managers can avoid mismatched assignments and keep fast-moving meeting programs on track—right from their phone. No additional setup is required; existing Mapping configuration and settings continue to apply.
